What happens with my order once placed?

Once you have placed an order online and received confirmation via email, you will receive a reference number where you can check the order's status.

How long does delivery take?

We endeavor to deliver as quickly as possible. Products are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Occassionally, speed of delivery can be affeccted by stock levels. If there likely to be a delay, we will contact you by email.

What is your exchange or refund policy?

Tigon Sports offer a full refund or exchange on products that are unsuitable.  Items can be refunded or exchanged up to 14 days from the date that you receive  them. 

Who are Trade Accounts open to?

Trade Accounts are for club owners, gyms and retailers. If you are interested in this service, please register your interest through our Trade Accounts section and we will contact you with further information.
