Returns Policy

TIGON SPORTS offer a full refund or exchange on products that are unsuitable. TIGON SPORTS refunds policy states that items can be refunded or exchanged up to 30 days from the date which you receive your product(s). However, items must be returned as received, unworn and unused in original packaging.

If you have an item which you wish to have refunded or exchanged, we ask you to adhere to the following Returns Policy Procedure noting that our primary method of communicating with customers is through e-mail. Please ensure you provide us with a valid email address and one which you check on a regular bases:

  1. Contact TIGON SPORTS to request a refund or exchange by emailing info@tigonsports.com with the email subject title 'REFUND/EXCHANGE REQUEST'. Please include the following information in your email:
    1. Your Name and Address
    2. Order number from purchase receipt
    3. Contact Phone Number
    4. Contact Email Address
    5. Reason for Requesting Refund / Exchange and detail of exchange if required.
  2. TIGON SPORTS will contact you within 48 hours of you Refund/Exchange Request with return details
  3. Following receiving the goods and inspection to ensure they in the same condition as prior to customer receiving and we are satisfied with issuing a refund/exchange, TIGON SPORTS will contact you with Refund / Exchange authorization and confirmation.
  4. If satisfied that goods meet TIGON SPORTS Returns Policy, a refund will be issued within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Exchanges will be issued as and when delivery costs have been covered by the customer.

TIGON SPORTS: RETURNS POLICY: IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Until TIGON SPORTS receive your returned goods, they remain your responsibility
  • In order to issue a refund, we will require your credit card details as we do not hold these details
  • It is the customers responsibility to cover delivery / postal charges to cover the cost of shipping on all returned goods to TIGON SPORTS
  • If goods returned for exchange, the customer is liable to cover delivery costs for shipping of replacement goods
  • If goods are returned because they are damaged or incorrect, TIGON SPORTS will cover the delivery costs for returning goods to us

TIGON SPORTS: RETURNS POLICY: LOST OR UNDELIVERED ITEMS

It is the customer's responsibility to inform TIGON SPORTS if you have not received your goods within 30 days of expected delivery date which will be provided during the online transaction process. If goods do not appear, TIGON SPORTS will check through delivery tracking system. If after 31 days from the expected delivery date your goods do not arrive, TIGON SPORTS will replace your item.
